Return & Refund Policy

At Will Slaton Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns subject to the following terms and conditions.
 

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must:

  • Be unused and in perfect, original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, if applicable.

  • Arrive free from damage, wear, alterations, or signs of use.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise:

  • Is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

  • Arrives damaged due to improper packaging or shipping.

  • Shows signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Does not meet the return requirements outlined above.

Will Slaton Studio reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Processing

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days from the date your returned merchandise is received for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
