The term “avidity” refers to an intense eagerness or appetite, and paired with “scarlet,” it becomes both emotional and physical, suggesting longing that is vivid, immediate, and impossible to suppress.
 
This work is not about seduction as performance, but as internal condition: the way desire can inhabit a body long before it is expressed outwardly. It is about the tension between control and surrender, and the moment when that tension softens into acceptance.
